Warranty Acceptance

Your new garage door and opener are covered under the manufacturer’s limited warranty.

Please be aware that this warranty is conditional on your door being regularly serviced by a qualified technician

- Your garage door must be serviced between 12 and 36 months after installation by an authorised dealer or other qualified technician

- If the door becomes unbalanced, binds, sticks, or is otherwise not operating correctly, it must not be used until it has been serviced

- Ongoing servicing costs are the responsibility of the customer

Important: If you choose not to have your garage door serviced within these required timeframes, your warranty will be void.
